What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and gather business requirements for ERP projects
- Lead business process documentation, risk analysis, and ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business needs
- Coordinate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Develop and implement an organizational change management framework, including communication, training, and post-implementation support
- Write business-level acceptance criteria and define success metrics for ERP features
- Support business process improvements and maturity through gap analysis

What’s Required?
- Experience with ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, and Procurement business processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams, time zones, and geographies
